As a Photomask Specialist at Microchip, you will have a critical role in moving product through our manufacturing lab. This includes moving reticles through different production operations.

• Working in a Cleanroom Environment (Bunny suit Attire)
• Operating various tools used for cleaning reticles
• Handling chemicals
• Setting up equipment that is used for defect inspection
• Acquire the ability to use a microscope

• Ability to work a 12 hour day shift. 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.
• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
• Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
• Excellent listening skills
• Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential
• Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
• You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

This job does not require any previous experience. Hands-on training will be provided by experienced personnel.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $17-$27 Per hour.*

* Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
