Cleaner - 2nd Shift

Mon – Fri, 1:30pm - 10:00pm, OT as needed

The Cleaner I supports manufacturing operations by ensuring products, tools, and equipment are cleaned and maintained in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This is an entry-level role focused on executing routine, hands‑on tasks with consistency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

• Clean products, tooling, and equipment following established procedures and work instructions
• Operate cleaning equipment and safely handle chemicals in accordance with guidelines
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Support daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain production readiness
• Maintain production logs and documentation as required
• Contribute to 5S, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Manufacturing or production experience

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.

$20.25/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium, plus bonus eligible and benefits.
