Micro Mechanical Assembler I (Bridge wire Welder) – Weekend Shift

• Perform micro assembly and bridge wire testing under a microscope.
• Use visual aids, drawings, verbal, and written instructions to perform micro assembly and bridge wire weld operations under a microscope.
• Perform occasional minor set‑up for specific equipment.
• Set up workstation per materials specified by the work instruction.
• Perform wire tensile strength tests.
• Pre‑form wire under a microscope.
• Perform a pull test under a microscope to verify weld strength.
• Set up micro assembly and bridge wire testing fixture and equipment.
• Perform visual inspections under the microscope to determine quality of welds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Competent dexterity to safely handle small assemblies under a microscope.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions.
• Basic hand tool knowledge (tweezers, pliers, etc.).
• Basic measuring equipment knowledge (ohm meter, go/no‑go gages, force gage, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
