Probe Production Specialist - Front

Job Description

A Probe Production Specialist is an entry level position that operates various highly complex equipment in a cleanroom environment needed for Wafer Testing. A Probe Production Specialist works a Compressed Work Week (CWW) meaning they work 12 hour shifts for half of the week.

• Runs, monitors, setup, and trouble shoot various toolsets.
• Runs, monitors, and setup parametric test equipment.
• Runs a variety of support equipment.
• Supports various groups and departments to achieve a variety of goals.
• Communicates in a variety of ways to a variety of entities.

Front Days (FD) is a Compressed Work Week (CWW) schedule working Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday. 630am to 6:36pm

• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
• Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
• Excellent listening skills
• Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential
• Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
• You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
