Job Description:
The Electro-Mechanical Repair Technician position consists of reading and interpreting work instruction and drawings, maintaining safety and quality standards. The job requires proficiency in hand tools, digital measurement tools, conducting tests, and troubleshooting. Additionally, setting up and calibrating moisture analyzers and toxic gas analyzers.

- Pressure, flow, and leaks
- Solder components to circuit boards efficiently
- Assembly and calibration of gold film sensors
- Operating
- Multimeters to read voltage and resistance
- Digital Flow Meters to read movement of airflow
- Reading, following, and submitting corrections for work instructions
- Safety
- Electrical
- SDS
- PPE
- Capturing, evaluating, and recording test results
- Interpret schematics & wiring diagrams
- Logical progression of Repair, Calibration, and Verification for Laboratory Instruments in an ISO 9001 environment
- Daily use of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning system)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Technology (or a related technical field).
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Proven experience in an electronics repair and manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- MS Office experience.
- Knowledge of Syteline system
- ISO 9001

Quickly and accurately distinguish between various small parts and components, often with subtle differences. - Fine Motor
Skills:
Execute precise, coordinated movements with the hands and fingers to manipulate small components and tools. - Repetitive Motion Stamina:
Perform the same physical tasks repeatedly over an extended period without a decline in precision or speed. - Defect Recognition:
Identify subtle flaws such as hairline cracks, misalignments, or surface imperfections. - Process Flow Understanding:
Comprehend how one’s specific tasks fit into the overall production sequence to maintain efficiency.
