Cranial Technologies is dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly. We manufacture the DOC Band®—a custom orthotic product that corrects cranial asymmetry and is FDA approved.

We are looking for a Manufacturing/Assembly/Warehouse Team Member to support the fabrication of the DOC Band®. This role will involve working with HAAS Mills and collaborating with a dynamic team focused on improving the lives of babies.

• Operate HAAS milling equipment for custom orthotic fabrication
• Follow manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Work with the team to maintain a clean and safe production environment
• Participate in scheduled training and continuous improvement initiatives

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Full‑time availability and flexibility to work independently or in a team
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is a bonus; training will be provided

• Position starts at $17/hour with potential increases to $18/hour after training, and additional levels to $20+
