Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product manually or with an industrial garment‑folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. The position requires maintaining a clean work area and operates on a performance‑based incentive pay structure tied to production standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Fold garment, linen, and bulk product manually or using a folding machine.
• Count and bundle folded product for customer delivery.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards for incentive compensation.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen to station.
