Bilingual Plant Manager

Responsibilities include managing supervisors and frontline teams, optimizing workflows, enforcing safety and quality standards, and coordinating with logistics and customer service. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, Lean/continuous improvement experience, and fluency in English and Spanish to support clear, consistent communication across the plant.
