* The Production Technician is responsible for following established guidelines and procedures to ensure the efficient and safe production of our products. This role involves understanding and operating various equipment, maintaining documentation, and adhering to quality and safety standards.*

• Loading and Product Transfer:** -
• Load all doughnuts onto the production line, ensuring they are properly spaced and aligned.

• Complete and maintain accurate records for weight checks, quantities, and quality control.

• Monitor product quality during transfer and report any inconsistencies or issues.

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Fill out and maintain food safety documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures for equipment and work spaces.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized regularly.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and promptly.
• Adhere to hygiene standards and wear appropriate protective gear.

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally bend and twist.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs periodically
• Manual dexterity for operating equipment.
