$20-$28/hr depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Hand Finishing Technician to join our manufacturing team.

This position involves hand-finishing precision machined aerospace and defense components to exact specifications. The work requires patience, consistency, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a strong attention to detail.

No aerospace deburring experience? We may be willing to train the right candidate.

• Perform precision deburring and edge-breaking operations on machined components
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections to specification requirements
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to verify compliance with quality standards
• Use hand tools, abrasives, microscopes, and other precision finishing equipment
• Maintain consistency and quality across production batches
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Communicate production and quality concerns with supervisors and team members

We welcome candidates with experience in:

• Precision deburring
• Hand polishing
• Metal finishing
• Precision assembly
• Quality inspection
• Dental laboratory work
• Jewelry repair or finishing
• Watch or instrument repair
• Other detail-oriented manufacturing or hand-finishing work

• 1-3 years of manufacturing, finishing, polishing, assembly, inspection, or related experience
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus
• Experience using hand tools and working with small precision components
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality
• Experience reading technical drawings is a plus

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident)
• Must be able to pass a background check
