The Finishing Technician is responsible for operating the finishing equipment, preparing and applying icing, and ensuring the final touches on our products meet our high standards.

• Follow Training Guidelines:
• Comply with all training guidelines to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Equipment Operation:
• Operate icing tables and warmers efficiently.
• Icing Preparation:
• Prepare icing, ensuring the correct temperature and consistency.
• Apply icing to products with precision and attention to detail.
• Quality Control:
• Follow bake sheets to determine quantities and check off completed tasks on the board.
• Apply toppings and sprinkles as required, ensuring even distribution and presentation.
• Follow GMP Policies and Procedures:
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform Other Tasks as Required by Your Lead or Supervisor:
• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor.
• Cleanliness:
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures for equipment and work spaces.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized regularly.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and promptly.
• Adhere to hygiene standards and wear appropriate protective gear.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30lbs.
• Manual dexterity for operating equipment.
