Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

We are currently seeking a skilled Soldering Technician / Calibration Technician to join our production team on 1st shift. Position SummaryThe Soldering Technician / Calibration Technician is responsible for performing precision soldering, calibrating equipment and instruments, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring products meet customer and company specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and possess strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform precision soldering on metal components and assemblies.
- Calibrate gauges, instruments, and testing equipment according to specifications.
- Conduct inspections and verification checks to ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, schematics, and technical documents.
- Utilize measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Identify defects and troubleshoot production or calibration issues.
- Maintain accurate calibration and quality records.
- Follow established safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with production tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in soldering, calibration, manufacturing, or a related technical role.
- Experience with precision soldering techniques required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency with measuring and inspection tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
