The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandler, AZ, responsible for supporting safe and reliable operation of foundry and production equipment. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, diagnosing equipment issues, and completing repairs to minimize downtime. The role involves inspecting machinery, documenting maintenance activities, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to prioritize work orders and schedule maintenance around production needs.
The Maintenance Technician will follow safety procedures, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in installing, upgrading, and commissioning new equipment as required.
- Candidates should possess strong Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills.
- Candidates should possess experience with Preventive Maintenance programs and scheduling.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and equipment schematics.
- Experience in a manufacturing, foundry, or industrial environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or industrial technology is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed and work in a production facility setting.
