Skills
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with mechanical components and tools
- Ability to read and follow schematics, engineering drawings, and technical instructions
- Experience using hand tools, torque wrenches, calipers, and precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Previous experience in industrial valve assembly or repair
- Vacuum system experience
- Cleanroom experience or familiarity with contamination control procedures
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, repair, or manufacturing
- Experience with pneumatic, pressure, or vacuum testing of mechanical systems
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols consistently
- Willingness to follow instructions precisely and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Additional certifications related to mechanical repair or cleanroom procedures are a bonus, and training on contamination control will be provided
