We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Module Equipment Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Arizona, US. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a world-class semiconductor manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our advanced manufacturing equipment running at peak performance, supporting engineering teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact production outcomes.

This position is assigned to Shift 8, a compressed evening work schedule. Employees typically work a 2-day, 3-day, or 4-day workweek with extended daily shifts. More than 50% of scheduled work hours occur between 3:30 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (midnight). Specific workdays, hours, and overtime eligibility will be determined in accordance with business needs and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

This role requires regular onsite presence at our Arizona facility to fulfill essential job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sustaining support for module equipment and components, including installation and qualification of new equipment

• Execute maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities for module equipment and components, including dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and reassembling equipment according to schematics, repair manuals, and specifications

• Design and develop relevant tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing operations

• Partner with engineering teams on repair development procedures to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency

• Create detailed documentation of operational and maintenance procedures to support knowledge sharing and compliance

• Interface with engineering teams and report schedule updates to management on a regular basis

• Support engineering with module equipment troubleshooting through data analysis and controlled experimentation to improve module availability and performance

• Collaborate with engineers to support new equipment installations, sustaining activities, and process improvement initiatives

• Partner with the manufacturing floor team to ensure factory commitments are met on time

• Operate equipment as required and make engineering evaluations of equipment and quality issue escalations, particularly during off-shift hours
