- Work on the production line to meet defined goals
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex equipment for safe and efficient material production
- Perform visual inspection, measurement, and testing according to established procedures
- Record production data accurately in the computer database
- Communicate with departments about product quality, material availability, and processing issues
- Maintain a safe work environment through cleaning, minor equipment maintenance, and area cleanup
- Take daily direction from the department supervisor and/or lead
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Willing and able to become certified in fork lift operation
- Willing and able to work with computers
- Willing and able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:00pm
- Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex equipment
- Ability to perform visual inspection, measurement, and testing according to established procedures
- Ability to accurately record production data in a computer database
- Ability to communicate product quality, material availability, and processing issues
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment, including cleaning and minor equipment maintenance
Demonstrates the ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex equipment while ensuring product quality and safety. Proficient in performing visual inspections, measurements, and accurately recording production data in a computer database.
