Purpose
We are seeking a Brand Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing team! As the Brand Coordinator, you will be responsible for key elements of brand management, including branding, product and packaging development, and product portfolio management.
Primary Responsibilities Branding/ PR Events / Product Management- Establish consistency in brand representation across all merchandising touchpoints.
- Manage and maintain timelines for events, launches, merchandising, and campaigns requiring marketing assets
- Manage and coordinate product/asset requests for events from PR teams, ensuring timely responses, product delivery, and communication with those involved to ensure smooth execution of requests.
- Manage discontinued product shades (add/delete), monitor inventory levels, and notify relevant teams when stock is depleted to ensure smooth transitions.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Support brand management team with reporting, ad hoc projects, and/or other duties as deemed necessary by management.
- Conduct market research to assess competitive products and trends.
- Analyze competitor strategies in pricing, positioning, and product offerings.
- Provide insights that shape product positioning and differentiation strategies.
- Maintain competitive calendar
- Create and upload briefs for assets such as posters, shelf-talkers, product information cards and develop merchandising strategies.
- Ensure labels comply with branding guidelines and regulatory requirements in partnership with the Quality Control department.
- Create Label briefs for new and existing labels
- Collaborate with the graphic designer/creative agency and internal team to update product labels and packaging.
- Create and update product pages with accurate content in Shopify.
- Ensure product information is current and correctly displayed across all platforms.
- Create product pages for new projects and upload all needed details regularly
- Monitor YOTPO reviews and present trends/feedback to management
- Analyze data related to product launches and promotions.
- Generate reports to support marketing strategies and decisions.
- Assist with post-launch reports
- Maintain timelines for workflows in Bynder
- 3+ years of experience in a Branding/portfolio Management or similar Marketing role required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, analytics tools, Shopify).
- Proficient in Shopify and Project Management Platform
- A passion for all things beauty.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
