Baylor Shift - Work two 16 hours shifts over a weekend - Friday thru Sunday

Who you are:

* Completion of a State-approved Caregivers Classs approve throught the NCIA Board.

* Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English

* Basic math skills and accurate documentation ability

* Prior experience in senior care or assisted living

* Able to obtain or have current CPR/First Aide certification

* Able to obtain or have Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card

* Able to obtain or have Food Handler's Card

* Valid TB Test

Job Summary:

* Accurately prepare, administer, and chart oral, topical, and suppository medications

* Ensure all medications are administered as prescribed, following proper protocols

* Verify medication information against orders and labels for accuracy

* Clearly identify residents before administering medications

* Maintain proper documentation of medications and treatments provided
