Overview

This is your calling for 1:1 Home Care! Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in either pediatric and geriatric private duty roles. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care—delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Meet Our Clients:

Currently, we have open hours with both geriatric and pediatric clients located in Mesa, Chandler, and Queen Creek.

• Travel to one client’s home on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors  orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients  conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide hands-on nursing care with autonomy in the home

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Trach experience preferred, but not required

• Day and Overnight shifts available: Weekdays and Weekends
• Starting pay: $35-40 per hour (client-specific)

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
