Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)

Shift: Full-Time, Nights, 5:30pm - 5am

Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital is a 50 bed facility located in Chandler dedicated to the treatment and recovery of those who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to the individual patient's needs. As part of Lifepoint Health, we are committed to making communities healthier.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, supporting patients’ comfort and assisting with daily living activities and clinical procedures.

Someone detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, organized, with clear and concise communication skills.

• Education:
  
  Completion of a nursing assistant training course.
• License:
  Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum six months of experience in an acute care or long‑term care setting preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  CPR/BCLS certification required.
