This position provides coordinated leadership for the College's CARE (Behavioral Intervention) and student conduct functions to support student success, retention, and a safe, supportive learning environment. The position administers the non‑academic student conduct process, including investigation, adjudication, sanction implementation, and case resolution, ensuring outcomes that are fair, consistent, and educational. In addition, the position serves as the primary non‑clinical case manager for students referred through the CARE process, conducting intake and risk assessments, developing individualized support plans, and coordinating outreach, referrals, and follow‑up in collaboration with campus and community partners.
The position co‑chairs the Behavioral Intervention Team, performs regular triage of referrals, monitors trends and outcomes, and leads college‑wide education and training on conduct processes, community standards, and CARE reporting.
