Role Overview

Health and Wellness Director Bench – LPN or RN at Brookdale Senior Living, Chandler, AZ. Through on‑the‑job training and the Brookdale Bench Program you will develop the skills and knowledge required to assume a Health & Wellness Director role, including people management, clinical management, quality care and regulatory oversight.

• Inspire, lead and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care for residents.
• Proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers for the coordination of personalized care.
• Consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage associates, and build resident and family satisfaction.
• Support Brookdale’s mission and values through partnership, courage, trust and collaboration.

• State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
