Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST) Job Type: Full-time Days $25,000 Sign-On Bonus available to well qualified applicants

3x12, Days (7a-7p), Rotating Weekends

The Medical‑Surgical Department at Havasu Regional Medical Center is a 40+ bed unit.

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
