About the Organization:
Lifeline Vascular Care works with premier physician practices to develop and manage outpatient centers that provide focused and coordinated vascular access procedures to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment for end-stage renal disease (ESRD). We operate more than 40 physician‑owned vascular access centers and provide financial and outcomes reporting, staffing and training, facility operations, regulatory compliance, and insurance billing services. Our centers are accredited by the Joint Commission and our goal is to deliver proactive care and early intervention that maintain a high quality of life for patients.

Location:

East Valley Surgical Center, 2394 N. Alma School Rd, Ste 1, Chandler, AZ 85224. Immediate placement is available. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience in general diagnostic or cardiac catheterization procedures; experience in interventional radiology (IR) and cath lab is a plus.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide ongoing patient information to the interventionist and clinical team during procedures, including cardiac monitoring, Aldrete score, and pain status.
• Monitor patient vital signs (HR, BP, O₂Sat, EKG) throughout procedures.
• Assist in recovery‑room patient care following vascular access procedures.
• Gather patient clinical information before procedures, including assessments and history.
• Monitor and maintain up‑to‑date narcotic usage and drug logs.
• Maintain clear and accurate patient medical records.
• Communicate with dialysis facilities to monitor post‑care as directed by the center manager.
• Participate in access‑center community education programs.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies.
• Assist in scheduling patients for procedures and aid transport within the center.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; no nights or weekend shifts.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of $40.00 – $45.00, commensurate with experience.

Employment at Lifeline Vascular Care is contingent upon successful completion of pre‑employment screening and background check.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• 2 years RN experience, preferably in dialysis, critical care, medical/surgical, or ambulatory surgery.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Works cooperatively and supportively with others.
• Displays patience and compassion in all patient interactions.
