We are seeking a skilled and resident-centered Certified Caregiver to join our Resident Services Department at Copper Creek Inn Memory Care.

Compensation and Benefits

$2500 Sign-on bonus!

Earn between $20 and $21/hour, dependent on experience!

NOC shifts available:
Saturday to Wednesday.

About You

You pride yourself in providing exceptional hospitality and personal aide. This role delivers, in a safe and efficient manner, the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) tasks including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, oral care, ambulation, transfers, serving and assisting with meals, feeding, housekeeping, bed making, and laundry.
  • Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
  • Assist residents to and from meals.
  • Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner.
  • Work with staff from all departments to ensure quality of care for residents.
  • Keep environment safe and clean for residents.
  • Observe residents for safety and report all changes in resident condition effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner to the nurse on duty.
  • Assist other staff as needed on the floor.
  • Maintain knowledge of resident care plans.
  • Document, communicate, and report, in accordance with community policy, any resident or staff incidents.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Must possess an upbeat, positive, flexible, and enthusiastic personality and be congenial with fellow employees, residents, and the public at large.
  • Must be an honest and dependable individual.
  • Maintain proper hygiene.
  • Professional in dress and presentation.
  • Willing to be active during the entire work shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in Standard English; use own judgment and initiative in daily activities.
  • Mature, able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Detail and teamwork oriented.
  • Attend required in‑services/workshops to further education of skills and community requirements.
  • Drug‑free and submit to urinalysis drug screening upon hire and routinely.
  • Pass criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
  • Gain CPR/First‑Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of Koelsch Communities.
Licenses, Certifications, and Education Required
  • Current Certified Caregiver for Senior Living Certification in accordance with Arizona regulatory requirements, including maintaining continuing education units and licensure requirements.
  • Pass an approved food handler’s or Serv Safe course as required by county, state and/or community policy.
