Role Overview
A bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed to join our Endocrinology team in a 100% outpatient setting, serving adult patients with endocrine and diabetes conditions.
Compensation- $158,000 – $193,000 base salary plus productivity incentives
- Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 (no call)
- Outpatient only – adults (18+)
- 2 Endocrinologists (adding a 3rd)
- 5 APPs + 3 CDCES
- Pediatric Endocrinology partnership with UCSF
- Dedicated Social Worker
- Manage endocrine and diabetes care in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with physicians and diabetes educators
- Focus on follow‑ups, treatment plans, and care coordination
- Certified NP or PA
- Spanish proficiency required
- Open to new graduates or experienced providers
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- 30 days paid time off
- $2,000 CME budget and 5 additional days free time
