Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) y’s Regional Hospital is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. The RN utilizes technology, therapeutic interventions, evidence‑based practice, and coordination with other health team members to provide high‑quality care in the surgical setting.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) RN to join our surgical services team. In this role the RN collaborates with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses to ensure seamless operations and exceptional outcomes for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities- Assess a patient’s medical status upon admission.
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
- Recognize and address patients’ psychological and physical needs.
- Foster continuity and quality of care with the best interest and well‑being of patients and families in mind.
- Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines.
- BSN from an accredited program.
- Current Colorado RN license or compact license with the ability to obtain a Colorado RN license, required.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain within sixty (60) days of hire (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit or service), required.
- At least one (1) year of cardiovascular‑related nursing experience in a comparable acute‑care or surgical services setting (highly preferred).

Operating Room;
Shift: 10 hours/day, Monday – Friday with variable days and call hours. Some nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
Hourly rate: $36.71 – $56.17 per hour, dependent on experience.
