Nurse Manager; RN Acute Rehab

Job Title

Nurse Manager Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Rehab – Full Time, Days (5x8, 8a‑5p)

• Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care and nursing personnel on the unit.
• Consult with staff, physicians, and Program Director regarding nursing practices and hospital policies.
• Ensure nursing staff compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in incident investigations and the preparation of related reports.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
• Implement and uphold Standards of Nursing Practice across all functions.
• Serve as the administrative representative in the absence of the Program Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years of rehab nursing experience and two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BCLS required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred.
