Job Description

Location: 600 S Dobson Rd, Chandler, AZ 85224 – Cross Streets:
Dobson Rd. & W. Frye Rd Status: Full‑Time
Schedule: Three 12‑hour shifts per week; clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, seven days a week;
there are 2 shifts available, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Noon
- Midnight
– every other weekend and occasional holidays required.
Compensation: $60-$80/hour (based on experience) + monthly productivity bonus +
night differential for the Noon
- Midnight shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a Full‑Time clinician to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast‑paced, well‑supported urgent care environment.

You’ll be supported by experienced clinical teams, strong peer relationships, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership who provide real‑time guidance and mentorship. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low‑acuity presentations that keep skills sharp without the pressure of inpatient follow‑up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
  • Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging
  • Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable)
  • Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
  • Code and bill services appropriately
  • Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks
  • Practice in alignment with Next Care clinical standards and values

Required Qualifications

  • National board certification or eligibility, as applicable
    • PA: NCCPA certification
    • NP: ANCC or AANP certification
  • Active DEA license
  • Ability to treat patients of all ages
  • Active BLS certification
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
  • DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (paid training and fees)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast‑track experience
  • Strong procedural skills (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care)
  • Experience with initial x‑ray interpretation prior to radiology over‑read
