• Develops and implements diagnosis and treatment planning, creating individualized care plans based on evidence-based practices and patient needs.
• Prescribes medications and other therapeutic interventions, carefully considering patient conditions, potential interactions, and desired outcomes.
• Utilizes Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems efficiently for accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters, orders, and communications.
• Conducts thorough physical examinations, identifying abnormalities and gathering essential diagnostic information.
• Provides comprehensive patient education, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, medication use, and preventative care strategies to patients and their families.
• Engages in interdisciplinary collaboration, working effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve shared patient goals.
• Maintains meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring all patient records are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Applies advanced pharmacology knowledge to manage complex medication regimens and optimize therapeutic effects.
• Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and applies these skills in emergency situations to stabilize patients.

• Holds a Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Possesses current Nurse Practitioner certification from a recognized national certifying body.

• Demonstrates relevant clinical experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner.

• Applies expert knowledge in patient assessment techniques.
• Excels in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Possesses strong clinical judgment for prescribing medications.
• Proficiently utilizes Electronic Health Records (EHR).
