• Major Cath Lab modernization
• Newly launched EP Program
• Newly relaunched Structural Heart and Interventional Cardiology programs
• Executive visibility reporting directly to the COO
• Capital support for technology and program development
• Collaborative culture across cardiology, surgery, and operations

This is a role with both operational oversight and strategic influence.

• Strengthen physician relationships and service line alignment
• Optimize throughput and lab utilization
• Develop clinical leaders and succession depth
• Support continued expansion of cardiovascular services
• Align quality, patient outcomes, and financial performance

You will have a direct seat at the executive table and the authority to shape how the program grows.

• Experienced Cath Lab Directors seeking broader influence
• Cardiovascular Managers ready for a larger scope
• RCIS or RN leaders comfortable balancing clinical quality and operational metrics

• Bachelor’s in relevant field (Master’s pref)
• 5+ years of Cath Lab leadership experience required
• Active RCIS or RN license required
• Must have EP or Cath Lab clinical experience
