- Newly launched EP Program
- Newly relaunched Structural Heart and Interventional Cardiology programs
- Executive visibility reporting directly to the COO

- Collaborative culture across cardiology, surgery, and operations
This is a role with both operational oversight and strategic influence.

- Optimize throughput and lab utilization
- Develop clinical leaders and succession depth
- Support continued expansion of cardiovascular services
- Align quality, patient outcomes, and financial performance
You will have a direct seat at the executive table and the authority to shape how the program grows.
Who This Will Resonate With- Experienced Cath Lab Directors seeking broader influence
- Cardiovascular Managers ready for a larger scope
- RCIS or RN leaders comfortable balancing clinical quality and operational metrics
- Bachelor’s in relevant field (Master’s pref)
- 5+ years of Cath Lab leadership experience required
- Active RCIS or RN license required
- Must have EP or Cath Lab clinical experience
300+ days of sunshine
