Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home nursing care in Tonalea, AZ, under a 1099 contract with 10 hours of care weekly. You will deliver physician-prescribed plans, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with CNAs, HHAs, and case managers.
You must have an active RN or LPN license, CPR, TB test, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior home health experience is preferred.
