Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiac Rehabilitation
, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, guiding and empowering our patients through their cardiac recovery journey with compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts their well-being.

Every day, you will leverage your specialized expertise to design and deliver individualized, comprehensive care plans for cardiac patients, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing evidence-based rehabilitation protocols. • Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
• Serves as an advocate for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.

Required

• Registered Nurse: AZ
• One (1) year of experience
• American Heart Association
  • Basic Life Support - (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 - months

Preferred

• One (1) year medical/surgical intensive care experience.
