Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in homecare, providing patient-centered care for adult and pediatric clients in their homes.
Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care services.
- Initiating and adjusting care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.
- Administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness, and documenting outcomes.
- Responding to changes in patient conditions and communicating with healthcare team.
- Providing education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed.
- Valid RN license for the practicing state.
- Current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- Preferred one year of RN experience.
