Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Homecare
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs of physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collect, analyze, and document healthcare data and nursing diagnoses.
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferably with at least one year of professional nursing experience.
Deliver specialized pediatric homecare, including G-tube and respiratory care, during designated shifts. Ensure compliance with medical orders and maintain accurate documentation.
Skills:Strong assessment, clinical judgment, documentation, and patient care skills. Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
