We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Phase 1 clinical research team in Chandler, AZ on a weekend schedule. This is a specialized role for a provider who already understands protocol-driven care and wants hands‑on involvement in evaluating emerging therapies while caring for patients with chronic hepatic and gastrointestinal conditions.

Working three 12-hour shifts from Friday through Sunday, you will evaluate and manage both standard‑of‑care and clinical research patients — conducting consultations and pretreatment reviews, performing medical and safety assessments, and supporting patients through every stage of their trial participation.

You will practice in a Sub‑Investigator capacity, working closely with physicians, clinical research coordinators, recruiters, and other research professionals. Day to day that means knowing your assigned protocols cold, completing research visits, reviewing source documentation and informed consent records, and making sure every clinical decision lines up with patient safety and study requirements.

This is a hands‑on role with real patient and study ownership. You will follow your patients from initial evaluation through study completion and closeout, and your clinical judgment will directly shape both the care they receive and the quality of the data behind it.
