Full‑Time
Schedule: The clinic hours are 8:00 AM - Midnight, seven days a week;
We are looking for someone who would be interested in working 4:00pm to Midnight - 4 or 5 days per week. this will include occasional weekend and holiday shifts.
Compensation: $60-$80/hour (based on experience) + monthly bonus + $15.00 Night Differential from 4pm - Midnight

You'll be supported by experienced clinical teams, strong peer relationships, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership who provide real‑time guidance and mentorship. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low‑acuity presentations that keep skills sharp without the pressure of inpatient follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
- Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging
- Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable)
- Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
- Code and bill services appropriately
- Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks
- Practice in alignment with Next Care clinical standards and values
- Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP | PA
- Board certification or eligibility, as applicable
- PA: NCCPA certification
- NP: ANCC or AANP certification (FNP only)
- Active DEA license
- Ability to treat patients of all ages
- Active BLS certification
- EHR proficiency
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
- DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered)
- Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast‑track experience
- Strong procedural skills (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care)
- Experience with initial x‑ray interpretation prior to radiology over‑read
