Schedule:

Tues - Fri 9:00pm - 5:30am;
Sat 7:00pm - 3:30am

• Process and perform diagnostic tests on blood, urine, fecal or histology samples using high‑throughput automated analyzers, microscopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Set up and run lab tests, read, and release results according to ZRL SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Perform analyzer maintenance, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Accession samples and track specimens, including packaging and unpackaging for shipments to other laboratories.
• Follow QC standards and EHS practices consistent with laboratory standards.
• Diagnose sample integrity issues and respond to customer concerns through Salesforce ticketing with the customer service department.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Properly handle and dispose of medical and biohazardous waste, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Accurately fill out laboratory logs, including maintenance, environmental, and cleaning logs.
• Manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.

• Minimum education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent required. BS/BA preferred.
• Experience:
  
  1+ years in a clinical laboratory setting.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
• Robust organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English.
