Now Hiring:
Quality Inspector

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekends depending on workload) | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Join the team as a Quality Inspector in Chandler and make sure the line runs clean and steady. You'll inspect, test, and approve every part that keeps production rolling strong.

The Skills You Need
  • 2-3 years of manufacturing, quality inspection, or production experience
  • Experience performing inspections, audits, and quality documentation reviews
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions, procedures, and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Cleanroom experience preferred

A Day Keeping Quality Tight
  • Perform in-process, final, and finished goods inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct process audits and document findings with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify production processes are following established procedures and work instructions.
  • Support calibration activities, quality records management, and cleanroom monitoring programs.
  • Review quality documentation, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and inspection records.
  • Assist with corrective actions and follow-up activities related to audit findings.
  • Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.
  • Maintain accurate reports and quality data using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
