Quality Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high‑quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

Location: Chandler, AZ - Onsite

Job Type: Full‑Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Compensation: $65,000

• Initiate, manage, and close deviations, investigations, and CAPAs within Qualityze.
• Ensure timely triage, risk assessment, and containment of quality events.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and define effective CAPAs with Operations.
• Track CAPA effectiveness and recurring failure modes.
• Support internal audits and inspection readiness activities.
• Prepare investigation and CAPA trend inputs for site and enterprise reviews.

• Bachelors preferred
• 2+ years of QA experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Pay Range: $65,000 - $65,000 USD
