* About the Role:

* Join our fast-growing team as a Semiconductor Technician in Chandler, AZ! In this role, you will support the manufacturing and testing of semiconductor devices on the 1st shift. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow in the thriving semiconductor industry.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Operate and maintain semiconductor fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment

+ Perform routine inspections, data collection, and basic troubleshooting of tools and wafers

+ Ensure proper handling and documentation of materials and results

+ Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety protocols

+ Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues

* Qualifications:

*
* + High School diploma or GED required;
Associates degree or technical diploma in electronics or related field preferred

+ Previous experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing environment preferred (but not required)

+ Ability to work 1st shift (typically 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday)

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Willingness to wear a cleanroom suit and work in a controlled environment

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills
