Job Responsibilities:
- Perform First-Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections on machined parts and assemblies.
- Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and comparators.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Document non-conformances and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality reports.
- Work closely with production and machining teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Follow ISO, AS9100, or other relevant quality management system standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Quality Control Inspection experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T symbols.
- Proficient with hand tools and measurement equipment.
- Experience with documentation, inspection forms, and non-conformance reports.
- Familiarity with inspection equipment such as CMM or optical comparators is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with solid communication skills.
