Project Overview:
Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility for Intel Corporation, located at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. As part of this work, the M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading-edge chipmaking facility - a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success.
The project supports the continued expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain while creating significant opportunity for the local Arizona workforce. Job Summary:
A Quality Auditor Specialist role on a major construction project you will support the implementation and audit activities of the project Quality Management System (QMS). You will review and determine applicable project quality requirements, report new or revised regulatory requirements, monitor non-conforming conditions, and determine the sufficiency of corrective actions. Your recommendations will assist in the resolution of complex issues and mitigate performance risk.
Major Responsibilities:
- Performs the role of Quality Auditor Specialist on a project Supports the preparation of the annual project Audit Schedule Prepares Audit reports; performs audit completion report-outs as required Prepare and complete quality audit plans, checklists, and conduct quality audits of project Quality Management System (QMS), Project Quality Plan (PQP), and procedures for direct hire and subcontractor scopes of work, including, pre-award assessments of potential suppliers and subcontractors Audits and monitors Functions on project, including project management, engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, commissioning, and startup Reviews and monitors nonconforming conditions and associated corrective actions to ensure QMS compliance Reviews and reports on project associated quality-related procedures and manuals for compliance with project contract quality requirements, procedures, and design requirements Identifies non-compliances and problems, initiates documented action and verifies implementation of solutions Prepare reports on the effectiveness of the QMS, PQP, and Project Execution Plan (PEP) implementation Participates in the project auditing and monitoring program to verify the effectiveness of the project QMS Reviews project schedules for quality related activities to ensure timely and effective implementation of the PQP requirements Supports causal analysis in conjunction with other project personnel
Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
