Compensation: $73,000 - $468,000

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their home needs and assist in buying or selling
• Stay informed about local market conditions and community details
• Follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust
• Manage the closing process for smooth transactions
• Lead and motivate clients and team members
• Create purchase offers for buyers
• Prospect for new business actively
• Convert calls into appointments
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers
• Negotiate deals on behalf of clients
• Market and network to find new clients
• Participate in open houses and MLS activities
• Educate clients about the buying/selling process
• Prepare market reports to determine property values
• Be proactive and eager to learn
• Contribute positively to the team

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn new tools and systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven sales success preferred
• Self-motivated with a desire for growth
• Arizona Real Estate License required
• High school diploma and at least 18 years old
• Sales and marketing skills
• Drive to excel in real estate
