Position Summary

This is a multi-functioning operational position. This team member will assist in providing coverage in all Skywalk departments and positions where needed. The assisting positions include but are not limited to;
Customer Service/Express Driver, Janitorial, Retail/Ticketing Cashier, F&B, Photo Sales, Photo Guide, and Maintenance. Candidate will provide quality customer service at all times while following safety and health procedures and policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work in Retail/Ticketing as a cashier and stock person.

Loading/Unloading merchandise to and from our warehouse to Skywalk.

Take photos of guests on the Skywalk as a Photo Guide.

Work in photo sales selling photos/packages to our guests.

Work in customer service scanning tickets and working the metal detector.

Perform janitorial duties throughout Skywalk in all departments indoors and outdoors.

Assist with maintenance duties as needed.

F&B detailed duties.

Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Abilities

Ability to routinely walk, stand, bend and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work in outdoor environment for long periods of time.

Ability to work in a team environment and establish and maintain positive working relationships. Good client/customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as in support of the group effort.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic mathematical skills.

Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task efficiently and maintain positive working relationships.

Qualifications

Good oral communication skills.

Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record preferred.

High School Diploma or GED.

Preference given to Hualapai Tribal members.

Working Conditions

Must be able to work varying schedules, weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand, bend, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis. Must be willing to work in an indoor and outdoor work environment with exposure to variable weather conditions. Must be willing work in remote locations and travel between remote work locations.
