Furniture Sales Associate – Commission-Based with Incentives

Are you energetic, people-focused, and ready to grow with a fast-paced and exciting furniture store? Furniture & Mattress Discounters is currently seeking a motivated Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in a retail sales environment, we want to hear from you!

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Guide customers to appropriate merchandise and explain key product features
• Process customer transactions and financing applications as needed
• Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Restock, straighten, and maintain merchandise displays
• Resolve customer inquiries and elevate concerns to management when necessary
• Handle basic cash register operations, including processing payments and making change

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand, move, and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to reach, grasp, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb ladders as needed
• Basic math skills required for handling cash and register operations
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
