As a Retail Sales Associate, you blend customer service with sales to create memorable shopping experiences. You engage customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, share product knowledge, and guide them to the right products.

• Prepare the sales floor before opening, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with new and top‑selling items.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and engage in personal conversations to build relationships.
• Assist customers with product selection, fitting room service, and donation of good promotions.
• Maintain a shoppable space by moving merchandise, updating signage, and keeping merchandise areas tidy.
• Close out the day by thanking customers, reviewing loyalty program benefits, and ensuring all cash register transactions are completed accurately.
• Support teammates through collaboration, honesty, and care to enhance overall customer service.

• Flexible availability – days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Strong English reading and comprehension of policies and safety procedures.
• Customer‑focused and team‑oriented mindset.
• Goal‑driven, able to meet daily sales targets.

• Comfortable using electronic devices, cash register, and handheld equipment.

• Talk, lift, move, stand, and reach regularly; stand for at least two consecutive hours.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.; stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders; reach above eye level.
• Good vision, color and depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers, handheld devices, and cash register for transaction processing.
