Overview
As an Outlet Lead, you drive store sales, service, merchandising, and operations while fostering an inclusive, safe environment for both associates and customers. You optimize the customer experience and sales through engaged selling, supporting the salesfloor, pickup, and curbside operations. You ensure operational excellence by managing daily tasks such as financial auditing, inventory control, product handling, and scheduling, all while controlling expenses and preserving margin.
Additionally, you develop and train associates through comprehensive onboarding and ongoing guidance, strengthening product knowledge and performance. Success in this role requires strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and a genuine passion for customer care, efficiency, and our products.

- Ability to work a full time flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Majority of the shift would be concentrated in performing operational and merchandising duties while helping support with sales priorities as pertained by position
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices
