Role summaryOnline Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
What you’ll doOnline order fillers and delivery associates spend their day shopping for customers and choosing the right items, filling online orders in all departments. The role is fast‑paced, often intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons.
You will dispense orders, engage customers in conversation, and may sometimes balance assistance to in‑store customers while completing online orders.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
