Member Frontline Service Associate.

• Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with Company policies by handling returns, zoning, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
• Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Maintain self‑checkout area, resolve member issues, promote Sam's Club products and services, provide guidance on self‑service technology, process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining required documentation, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices.
• Assist in training Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, technology, new program rollouts, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics by implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers and others; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; recommending improvement opportunities; and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback.

Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

• Any additional retail or technology experience.
